This system is around twenty years old and was not designed to call a cell phone. It is designed to hear a kiss-off from a receiver. You could program your phone number but without hearing the kiss-off it will call you about ten times and then give up which will cause the arm light to keep flashing. You are better off upgrading to a new system that can be modified to call your cell.
